Volunteering in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Djordje (figured on the lefthand side of this photo) is a 20 year old young volunteer from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Interviewed during our last youth network's (YSAFE) annual meeting, Djordje shared his experience on working as a trainer of peer educators for IPPF Member

Association for Sexual and Reproductive Health "XY".

"It's great to be able to help other peer educators with their work. What I like best is to do something valuable and to contribute to improve other people's lives."

Djordje also mentioned that the Association XY should continue to organize activities to promote youth-friendly services in BiH. Peer educators will continue to organize presentations in schools to attract more young people and to increase their knowledge and awareness on particular issues.
