Between 14 and 20 April, IPPF Member of Belgium (Flanders), Sensoa held a special event 'Week van de Lente Kriebels' ('Week of Spring Fever') to talk about sex and relationships.

During this campaign, Sensoa encouraged schools and other organisations to hold activities for children and young people in relation to sexuality and relationships. On this occasion, Sensoa prepared a unique information pack with special leaflets designed for young people.

Schools were also invited to visit Sensoa’s exhibition for young people  "k Zag 2 beren …" ("I saw two bears") and "goede minaars" ("good lovers") on sexuality.

The importance of good sexuality education for improving responsible sexual behaviour and reducing sexual violence has been clearly stated in several research results. Sensoa believes that talking with young people and providing them with correct information on sexuality is the beginning of building a healthy sexual life.
