The Langkawi report - reasserting SRHR

03/11/2011

“Repoliticizing sexual and reproductive health and rights”, is a report from an international meeting held in August 2011, convened by Asian Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW) and Reproductive Health Matters, gathering leading activists in the field of SRH to outline a transformative agenda for moving beyond Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development and the health Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

The report is organised around six themes: macroeconomic influences on health; public health education; essential medicines for sexual and reproductive health; human rights; funding policies; and the power to make change happen.
