Choices is an issue-oriented and informative journal, with a focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights. Each number is devoted to a particular theme and contains contributions from experts in the field and representatives of the IPPF European Network's Family Planning Associations.

The current edition of Choices, published November 2008, is "fully dedicated to volunteerism, recognizing the importance of volunteers for IPPF 's work, the development of its strategies and therefore its future" says Vicky Claeys, IPPF EN Regional Director.
