IT Support Officer

The IPPF European Network regional office in Brussels is recruiting an IT Support Officer. This is a part-time position, for immediate employment.

We are seeking an energetic and committed professional to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our IT systems and telephony. They must be able to manage user administration systems, maintain asset registers and advise on new acquisitions, plus deliver IT-related user training and ad hoc support where required.

Profile: Candidates should have at least three years relevant experience. They must have a proven record in working independently to provide first and second line support to non-IT proficient users. In addition, s/he must also be adept at diagnosing serious system errors and able to liaise with remote support staff (at Central Office), when needed.

Fluency in English is essential as well as strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must share the core values of IPPF.
