Programme and Performance/ Internal Communications Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional to be the focal point of our internal communications. You’ll be key to making sure all the office has the most up-to-date information available as well as supporting data collection and analysis and making our internal newsletter an interesting and informative read.

You’ll also provide administrative support and meeting management to the Programme & Performance Department and contribute to the office management. Your responsibilities will include leading on event logistics, travel arrangements, supporting different work streams within the department (meaning you'll have an helicopter view on the work and will be in the position of understanding some of the work of our member associations) and scanning for interesting resource mobilisation opportunities (overview of funding opportunities) among other tasks.

Profile: Candidates should have proven experience in meeting organization and follow-up. Three years’ experience working in a similar role and internal communications experience is desirable as well as knowledge of data collection and analysis.
