Polish law enforcement and military which is being deployed today must refrain from using excessive force against peaceful protesters who have taken to the streets around the country to express their discontent with the Polish government.
On 22 October, Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the country’s abortion law is unconstitutional, specifically striking down the possibility for women to access abortion care on the ground of severe foetal impairment.
